Blackadder is a British sitcom created by Richard Curtis and starring Rowan Atkinson. There are four series, each set in a different period of British history, including the Middle Ages, Elizabethan period, eighteenth century, and World War One. Which do you think is the best?

The first series had teething problems because they hadn't perfected the Blackadder character yet, but I loved Blackadder II. Atkinson and Miranda Richardson played off each other perfectly. It was my favourite series.

Blackadder the Third was good, but the Prince Regent varied between funny annoying and annoying annoying. Although it wasn't my favourite series, I think Blackadder Goes Forth is probably the best because it managed to satirise World War One without being disrespectful. It achieved so superbly what it set out to do.
I enjoyed the World War One series the most. It was funny without being as dark as the Elizabethan Series.
World War 1

by far!
World War 1
Never seen any of them! Not my style of humour!
The third series, with two a close second.
