Best chocolate display?

by Harry F (follow)
Chocolate as a food is so yummy to eat, but it can be art as well.

Some chocolate makers can be so creative with using chocolate as a medium to display an art feature.

What has been the best chocolate display you have seen?

Only place I've been to was Panny's amazing world of chocolate, Philip island. It's wonderful. Especially the chocolate fountain.
I must say, I haven't seen anything like this in person .. the closest I came is a local specialty chocolate shop which makes fabulous displays at Christmas time. Nothing like this though - I don't know how they do it - not eat all that delicious chocolate that is!
I love the hand made chocolate displays at Belle Fleur in Darling St Rozelle - in Sydney
A few of the cruises I’ve been on, have a chocolate night for 1 or 2 hrs only, which doesn’t start until 10.30 or 11, & always gets taken away at midnight. This aways takes place on the 2nd last night of the cruise. When I saw the 1st one, it was like, “WoWWWW” I just couldn’t believe it. All that chocolate. I just had a small bread & butter plate, & went around getting what looked like dark chocolate things to eat, put it on the table for my husband to look after for me, while I went around again with my camera, taking photos of it all. But why don’t these places ever have DARK chocolate fountains? 1/2 the food wasn’t even eaten! I think the staff are given the leftovers. I would hate for it to be just thrown out. As i can’t find the photos now, I can’t tell you what sort of things were made out of the chocolate!
