I like prawns especially the tiny ones, served in a prawn cocktail, coated with Thousand Island Dressing, in a cocktail glass lined with a crisp iceberg lettuce leaf. Yum!
Then I like the crab claw from the Chinese restaurant, a bulbous piece of crab meat coated in a delicious cross between batter and crumbs, dipped in plum sauce.
To look at, crabs are king. They can be so beautiful and so interesting. I recently read an article where Hermit Crabs lined up in order of size to pass down shells, a crab op shop. http://io9.com/hermit-crabs-line-themselves-up-from-biggest-to-smalles-1658024735
Then what could beat the wonderful spectacle of Christmas Islands red crabs marching in their thousands to the see. The even close roads so they can pass. Amazing. http://www.christmas.net.au/experiences/red-crab-migration.html
