So Crustacea in my text states it consist of Remipedia, Cephalocarida, Branchiopoda, Maxillapoda and Malacostraca.

You probably know them as prawns and crabs.

Can you name the best crustacean which you either enjoy to look and observe or possible consume?

To look at, crabs, to eat, prawns.
I like prawns especially the tiny ones, served in a prawn cocktail, coated with Thousand Island Dressing, in a cocktail glass lined with a crisp iceberg lettuce leaf. Yum!

Then I like the crab claw from the Chinese restaurant, a bulbous piece of crab meat coated in a delicious cross between batter and crumbs, dipped in plum sauce.

To look at, crabs are king. They can be so beautiful and so interesting. I recently read an article where Hermit Crabs lined up in order of size to pass down shells, a crab op shop. http://io9.com/hermit-crabs-line-themselves-up-from-biggest-to-smalles-1658024735

Then what could beat the wonderful spectacle of Christmas Islands red crabs marching in their thousands to the see. The even close roads so they can pass. Amazing. http://www.christmas.net.au/experiences/red-crab-migration.html
A 'Muddie' of course!
Nothing like a crab sandwich, with freshly buttered bread, crabmeat, p&s with fresh lemon juice squeezed over!

Prawns, blue swimmer crabs, mud crabs, bugs and lobsters. All are welcome on my plate
I love most of them -perhaps prawns -I cannot be bothered with crab as too difficult to eat even though I like the taste -LOVE crayfish.
