I have started using an organic one however I don't know if it works as well as the non-organic ones.

I have a blood spot on some pale pants and it did not come off with either, but have probably now "washed it in"!

Soak in Napisan - if it doesn't come out after a wash, repeat...
Omo does a great job of this. I use Omo unscented, just pop some directly onto the stain and the rest in the machine and stains are just a memory!
I like OMO Sensitive. Unfortunatey, Nappysan has proven to be a disappointment.

Vanish is excellent for getting rid of stains. You don't even need to put clothes in the wash. Just soak the stain, scrub with Vanish, and it should be gone in thirty seconds.
I had years of washing my son's white chef's jackets - minus detachable buttons....my religion is 'soaking' everything first before washing, and with these jackets it was straight into the bucket of napisan overnight (or usually first thing in the morning as he wasn't home til late at nightt) then wash in hot hot water.

I used Napisan when my son was a baby, and then continued with it as I just find it to be superb on just about any stain at all! Vanish is the same or very similar.
A really bad stain that won't come out with any of the usual stain removers is using a bit of washing up liquid directly on the stain - scrubbing it and then put into washing machine

I was using vanish when I was in India.
Nappy san
I just soak in Woolies brand, then spray with Sard, & into machine.
All comes out in the wash, so to speak!
I used to spray with something, then soak in Napisan for a few hours, or overnight before washing in the machine. The stains have always come out. Now I just buy the Aldi brand of spray & soak, because thatís where we shop now.
