Best way to wake up in the morning?

What do you wake up to?

Do you just get up because your body clock is set, or do you need an alarm or something else to get up with?

My body clock wakes me so I do not have a "best" way.
If I have to be somewhere early, I will always wake up earlier than normal.
I also do not need an alarm as my dogs sleep on their beds in the same room, and if I am not up by about 6.45 am they will start pestering me and wake me.

However, if it did not, I would have to learn to use the clock radio beside my bed, or I would use my mobile phone which is probably easier to learn.

I wake up to an alarm, but lately I've been ignoring it and going back to sleep for a few more hours.
Naturally, well rested and without an alarm clock and/or mobile phone to do that job!
Get an annoying sibling to jump up and down on your bed, around you. That's what I do to my siblings anyway. Haha. But for myself, an alarm clock on my phone works :)
My alarm is either one of my boys waking up before me in the morning, no alarms necessary. I'd love a lie in one of these days, but having them wake me up is a pretty nice way to start the day. They wake up fully charged, full of smiles and energy and that's a contagious combo.
I think my 9 and 14 year old have the best alarm clocks. I wake them up with kisses all over the face.
For me, it's not a matter of the best way, but the only way I can wake up. I set multiple alarms, it's the only way I can do it.

My sister has a TV which can be set on alarm, so when it's time to wake up, the TV turns itself on.
I am not sure if it's the best way to wake up, but it works each time.
Usually its one of the alarms that I set myself between 5:45 till 7, at a gap of 15-20 mins each.. but some mornings I wake up earlier than the 1st alarm, set them all off and just cozy up to my partner under the warm quilts..chat up something and come fully awake in a short times.. Those are the best days!

For me alarm is the best option. Usually my husband wakes me up.
Slowly, & without blaring alarm clock......
I donít know what the best way is, (to each their own) but I either wake up on my own, or use my small alarm clock from a $2 shop. I only need the alarm, if Iím going to catch a flight, going out for the day, or have arranged to go walking at a set time, with a friend.
