I love meat on a stick, with bacon..and a bit of sauce. YUM!
I'm not a big meat eater, so my favourite is fried onions.
I LOVE fried Onions, but when they are really really burnt yum :)

Onions are one of the few foods that taste great, burnt.
Chicken tandoori is my favourite. I so miss it.
Like cottage cheese and all veggies.
A big fat juicy steak.

Rissoles. I just love a really well made (home made) rissole on the barbie!
I love plain ordinary steak which has been dipped in soya sauce, and it has to be fairly thick and medium rare.

Seafood, steaks and chicken satay sticks.
Chicken Teriyaki bites or Satay meat skewers and grilled prawns.
Chicken skewers on a charcoal BBQ.
Steak! Alberta is known world-wide for its beef, and Alberta steak is an amazing treat. I only get it one or twice a year, but it just melts in your mouth.
Any quantity of variety of vegetables on skewers filled with mozzarella and dressed with pesto sauce!
Definitely Wagyu beef with a nice marble score.
Just listen to the sizzle sound, the fat melting... So soft and tender when you bite into it.

Think I will have a Barbie tonight now...

Seafood, steak and chciken
Don't think a great Steak can be beaten! Thinly sliced Rib Fillet or Porterhouse, cooked for just a couple of minutes' on each side!

All the other 'usual suspects' are good, 'cos it doesn't seem like a barbie without them! Always loved Pineapple Rings & Browned Onions!

A very easy side dish, perfect for a BBQ, is a packet of Frozen Mixed Vegetables, a packet of 'Shell' like Noodles, & mayonnaise. Steam or boil vegies. Allow to cool. Boil noodles. Allow to cool. once cooled, place in airtight container in fridge. Just when about to serve, add Mayonnaise, only enough to bind all together, not saturate food.
It's quick, easy to do, cheap, different & goes a long way!
