My favourite is obviously the one in the photo.
It is organic and supposedly healthy.

I not only use it is baking, but also drink it mixed with milk.
I do not add sugar so it is a far better alternative than a drinking chocolate which is loaded with sugar.

There are a few brands for sale here however this one is the best value.

I do that too, but add 3/4 of a cup of boiling water then a little bit of milk to the top. It tastes great and satisfies a chocolate craving as well as any chocolate bar for me!
Planet Organic do a lovely cacao. I made a cake with it today! I also use it in cookie recipes and instead of drinking chocolate.
Sarah, I guess all brands are far healthier than drinking chocolate -I prefer mine with mostly milk and just a bit of hot water to dissolve the cacao.
It doesnt really satisfy my evening craving for chocolate! Though Lindt 70% is also healthy!!
by Finy
That's true, Lindt 70% is relatively low in sugar.

As a child, went with Mum to a Deli many miles' away, across several suburbs, to but a packet of Van Houten Cacao, for Dione Lucas' recipe of Chocolate Roll, which I adored!
So to me, that brand is the best, AND it can be bought in Woolies these days!
