oh gosh -I LOVE many cheeses but perhaps my most favourite is Jarlsberg.
I also love blue cheese, and Camembert, however tend not to eat these as they have far more fat than other cheeses.
Also love one called Esrom which smells awful but tastes delightful.
However I buy Jarlsberg every week and have it on sandwiches for lunch most days when I am home, so guess it must be my all time favourite -and it is versatile -nice in cooking, toasted sandwiches etc.
The first time I tried Roquefort I was hooked. It would have been the turning point for me in finally turning my taste buds over to a blue vein style cheese. I'm so glad you can now buy it in Australia however the price is ridiculously expensive compared to what you can buy in Europe. The other cheese I can't get enough of is the North Italian Stracchino. It can be eaten with anything.
In all seriousness though, I love ALL cheese and have even tried my hand at cheese making. Love love love cheese.
Love most Cheese, but fav is Feta! Love the 'briney' taste. As I sweat much, it's a good way to replenish salt levels!
Enjoy Blue Vein, Jarlsberg, Brie, Camembert, Dutch Smoked & good ol' faithful Pittsworth or Warwick Mild.
