I enjoy each and every moments of my school days.
Too many to count I think....I enjoyed school and adored family holidays. One particular special memory is when my sister had her birthday and she was a bit ill, so she stayed home from school. I wasn't sick at all and very badly faked some symptoms as I desperately wanted to stay with my sister. As it was my sisters birthday my parents let me stay home too. It was a perfect day, just two sisters playing on and with her birthday presents, and by lunch time I think my younger sister had forgotten she had been poorly at all.

When I held my baby bunny, Josh, at the farm before taking him home.
My father taking me downstairs, and making a game out of it...as I was on his shoulders. Then him warming up my feet at the fireplace, in winter.
The fun days at school. .
There were many. But this is one I remember vividly and is very special. As a kid I was crazy about soaps (I still am) Once my uncle, who had been for work to Dubai, got me a suitcase, a really big one, full of different Yardley soaps. It was a big thing in early 80s. This was the biggest surprise gift in my childhood
Running my first 800 metres at 8 years of age. The nun at school rang my mum to tell her, and my mum had a celebratory cake waiting for me at home.
Wow, so many... although I think most of my favourite ones were spent with Dad. He would hold my hand while we cooked together, and during the years where he was into film, we spent a lot of time modelling and taking photos. Here's one of those old photos where he told me that I had a twin!
Way too many!
But probably first time I went Horse Riding! I adored Horses, & to be with one & able to ride it was just fantastic. I was just 9yo. Little did I know that that ride would lead me to a lifetime of equestrianism, to the point of riding at the Royal Show! Still love it & horses!
