For me I am more concerned on the Speed the Spin is.
I am about to buy a new washer, and because we really don't have
anyone who does hard work, there is no need for a heavy duty wash.
What we really need is one that can spin very fast.....so the washing
will dry in super time.
I have seen the ''Fisher & Pykel'' washer at work and it is very good.
It spins at 1000rpm.
I wash every single day, and so I need them to dry very fast.Wet clothes
coming out of a washer to semi dry is not what I want. Now with winter
not too far away, I don't want to have to use my dryer every day.
For me, it will be a Fisher & Paykel....unless another is as good or better,
but also not be hundreds of dollars more.
My favourite washing machine is a Miele.
They do not break down like other cheaper machines (touch wood!), are made to last far longer than an ordinary machine, and are far quieter than most.
I keep having to check if it is still on, as it is so quiet.
It has a super fast spin which virtually dries everything as well as slow ones, and is a front loader.
